Learner Registration & Certification
Accurate registration and certification records are essential to reliable qualifications and credentials. Approved centres support learner administration within their authorised scope, while Pro Class maintains the standards and official credential controls behind Pro Class awards and professional certifications.
Registration
- ✓
Learner or candidate information should be recorded accurately enough to support the applicable qualification or certification process.
- ✓
Approved centres should submit or maintain required registration information within the systems and procedures authorised by Pro Class.
- ✓
Duplicate, misleading or knowingly inaccurate registration records should be corrected rather than allowed to create conflicting credential records.
Accurate records
Names, identifiers, programme information and assessment outcomes should be handled carefully because they can affect certificate issue and later verification. Only information needed for legitimate Pro Class administration should be collected or disclosed.
Certification
Pro Class controls the official issue and status of Pro Class credentials. A centre may support administration, but it must not create unofficial Pro Class certificates or represent a learner as certified before the applicable Pro Class requirements are satisfied.
Corrections & security
Where a material record error is identified, Pro Class may review and correct the official record. Suspected falsification, duplicate credentials or unauthorised certificate production may be handled under malpractice, certificate security or other relevant policies.
