Certificate Security
Pro Class credential security is designed to support authenticity, status control and reliable verification. Public information explains the security principles without exposing technical or anti-fraud details that could weaken those controls.
Credential security principles
- ✓
Use unique or traceable reference information for official credential records where applicable.
- ✓
Maintain controlled Pro Class records for issued qualifications and professional certifications.
- ✓
Support status management such as ACTIVE, EXPIRED, WITHDRAWN or NOT FOUND where applicable.
- ✓
Limit unnecessary personal information in public verification results.
- ✓
Restrict publication of security-sensitive anti-fraud or system controls.
Status and lifecycle
Credential status may change where an applicable scheme, expiry, withdrawal or correction process requires it. The public verification experience is designed to show current status once the live Pro Class software connection is active.
Public verification
The Track Certificate and Verify pages provide the public verification interface. They currently do not generate fake records while the live credential database connection is incomplete.
Suspected misuse
Altered certificates, false status claims, unauthorised marks or other suspected credential misuse can be reported to Pro Class for review under the relevant conduct, malpractice or credential-control process.
