Website terms

Terms of Use

These terms explain the basis on which the Pro Class public website is provided. Scheme-specific qualification, certification, assessment, centre and credential requirements take priority over general website summaries where there is any difference.

Organisation

Pro Class and training delivery

Pro Class Consultant Ltd develops and maintains qualification and professional certification standards. Pro Class does not provide training directly. Approved independent centres are responsible for their own training delivery and local learner support within their approved scope.

Information

Use of website information

Pro Class aims to keep public information clear and accurate, but programme requirements, certification rules, validity, assessment and other scheme details may change. Where a dedicated specification or current Pro Class decision applies, that information controls over a general website summary.

Status

Certificates and professional certification

Possession of an image, copy or physical certificate does not override the status held in Pro Class’s official records. Credential use must comply with the applicable certification, mark-use and conduct requirements.

Updates

Changes to the website

Pro Class may update public content, resources and website functionality as standards, services and operational requirements develop. This page does not create public pricing commitments or candidate training obligations.
