Speak-up route

Whistleblowing

Whistleblowing is intended for serious concerns about suspected wrongdoing, concealment, fraud, significant malpractice, abuse of authority or other matters that could threaten Pro Class standards, credential integrity or public trust. It is not a replacement for ordinary service complaints or routine disagreements.

Raise genuine concerns in good faithA person does not need to prove a concern before raising it, but reports should be made honestly and with as much relevant factual information as can reasonably be provided.

How to raise a concern

Use the Pro Class Contact page and clearly state that the matter is a whistleblowing or serious integrity concern. Provide the relevant people, organisations, dates, records or events where known. Do not obtain evidence unlawfully or place yourself or others at unnecessary risk.

Fairness

Fair treatment

Pro Class should not disadvantage a person merely for raising a genuine concern in good faith. Deliberately false or malicious allegations are different from concerns that are honestly raised but later not substantiated.

Handling

Review & confidentiality

Information should be handled on a need-to-know basis as far as reasonably possible. Pro Class may need to share relevant information to review the concern fairly, protect affected parties, meet legal duties or take appropriate action. This public page does not publish investigation techniques or security-sensitive controls.
