Quality Assurance

How Pro Class protects consistency and confidence in its standards.

Standards & oversight

Quality Assurance

Pro Class quality assurance supports consistent qualification, certification and approved-centre activity. Training is delivered by approved independent centres, while Pro Class maintains standards, quality requirements and credential controls.

Quality oversight is separate from training deliveryApproved centres deliver training and local learner support. Pro Class sets and maintains the applicable qualification, certification, approval and credential framework.
Framework

Core quality controls

Standards

Programmes and certifications operate against defined Pro Class requirements and specifications.

Centre approval

Organisations must be approved before representing themselves as Pro Class approved centres.

Assessment controls

Applicable assessment and examination requirements must be followed consistently.

Credential control

Pro Class maintains responsibility for official qualification and certification records.

Oversight

Monitoring and evidence

Pro Class may use records, centre information, assessment evidence, complaints, verification data, reviews or other appropriate information to monitor whether applicable requirements are being met. This public page does not publish detailed centre-audit criteria while Approved Centre Requirements remain on hold.

Quality action

Corrective action

Where a quality issue is identified, Pro Class may require clarification, evidence, corrective action or another proportionate response under the applicable programme or centre process. Serious or repeated issues may affect approval, assessment, certification or credential status where the relevant rules permit.

Review

Continuous improvement

Pro Class should use relevant feedback, quality findings and operational experience to improve standards, guidance and controls while keeping decisions evidence-based and appropriately documented.
